Pasadena got here out on high within the Battle of the Bulbs when the Harbeck household received a $50,000 victory in season 10 of ABC’s “The Great Christmas Light Fight.”
Andy and Tatiana Harbeck, each 47, and their sons Thomas, 19, and Martin, 16, obtained the outsized gentle bulb trophy from host Carter Oosterhouse in Episode 3 of the fact competitors present on Dec. 5 which additionally streams on HULU.

A DIY masterpiece, the Harbeck Lights show on Tropical Avenue within the Higher Hastings Ranch space of Pasadena boasts 3D printed décor and a light-weight present coordinated to music. Their successful entry featured Star Wars-themed animation, PVC sweet canes and snowflakes, and an eight-bit retro video-game-style platform on the roof.
“It was such an honor to only even be featured on the (present) and we’re utterly blown away to have really received,” Andy Harbeck stated. “We had a blast filming the present with Carter and all of the crew. They made it such a particular expertise for us and our boys.”
Thomas Harbeck, who voices Winston the Wisp, a personality his animator-father created, stated he and his brother had a lot enjoyable assembly Oosterhouse and exhibiting off their lights.
“The guests that come out to the lights and everybody’s messages convey us a lot happiness and inspiration,” Tatiana stated. “We plan to proceed the custom of the neighborhood gentle up and sharing the lights and the love!”
